HENDERSON PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 129 W. Lake Mead Drive, Building A, Suite 10, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
EAST LAS VEGAS PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 560 N. Nellis Blvd., Suite E12, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
RAINBOW LIBRARY CLINIC: 3150 N. Buffalo Drive, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday.
BELROSE WIC CLINIC: 2917 W. Washington Ave., 8:30 a.m. to noon, Tuesday.
BOULDER CITY CLINIC: Multi Purpose Building, 1204 6th St., 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday.
FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER: 1120 Shadow Lane, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday.
DESERT BREEZE CLINIC: Community Center, 8275 Spring Mountain Road, noon to 4 p.m., Friday.
FREMONT MEDICAL CLINIC: 4880 Wynn Road, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday. A small administration fee may be charged.
