Shopping center sold

Harsch Investment Properties has purchased the Stephanie Street Power Center, a 379,067-square-foot retail center in Henderson, for $54 million from Stephanie Street LLC, which is controlled by developer Leslie Dunn and his wife Joan Dunn.
Among the center's tenants are Barnes & Noble, Macaroni Grill, Wild Oats, Pier 1, PetsMart and Old Navy.
Other Las Vegas-area properties owned by Harsch Investment Properties include: Las Vegas Spectrum, an industrial park at Pecos and Charleston roads; The Center at Spring Mountain, a retail center at 3939 West Spring Mountain Rd.; and the Speedway Commerce Center at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
