Women ready to ‘Get Wild’

Women from the Los Angeles area are getting ready for two days of outdoor fun hosted by the Bakersfield, Calif., chapter of the NWTF. The event will be May 17-18 at Tejon Ranch, just north of Los Angeles.
Lace up your hiking boots and be prepared for a weekend of hands-on classes in the great outdoors. Participants can choose from 25 activities designed to whet the appetite of anyone with a desire to get outside.
Women can choose from bowhunting, handgun safety, horse packing, Hummer off-road maneuvering, mule wagon rides, wildlife photography, survival, turkey hunting, wildlife calling and more.
