Letter: Saddam’s ouster benefits world
Monday, March 24, 2003 | 8:40 a.m.
I do not condone murder and violence. I detest it in the movies and on television. I am a Christian, which has become a dirty word in today's world, who believes that it is our duty to humanity to rid the world not only of the threat to the United States but also to all of the civilized world. This man in Iraq is another murderous dictator who is every bit as dangerous as any who came before him.
What saddens me is that there are too many people who cannot see that when they protest the war and denigrate our president in such vicious and foul ways they actually lend credence to the dictator and all the evil he represents.
