Alfred Budde
Alfred Budde, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A high school athletic director, he was born March 6, 1919, in Illinois.
He is survived by one daughter, Mary Ellen Wittenberg of Las Vegas.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Illinois. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Barbara Jean Cox-Nowling
Barbara Jean Cox-Nowling, 54, of Las Vegas died Thursday. She was born Sept. 9, 1948, in West Virginia. A resident for 18 years, she was a customer service representative.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth A. Nowling and Shaun P. Nowling; one daughter, Shaunna E. Nowling; two brothers, Ronald Willis and Michael Cox; three sisters, Nancy Wright, Shirley Y. Willis and Delrose "Maybell" Williams; and one grandchild.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Sue Cheryl Harrington
Sue Cheryl Harrington, 33, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born Aug. 30, 1969, in Phoenix.
She is survived by her husband, Alan J. Jr. III of Phoenix; her father, Lawrence Fitzmier of North Las Vegas; two brothers, Pat Fitzmier of Phoenix and Ray Fitzmier of Missouri; and one sister, Betty Vinson of Missouri.
Sunrise Cremation & Burial Society, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 5, Henderson, is handling private services.
William D. Hedderly
William D. Hedderly, 55, of Henderson died Thursday in Boulder City. He was born Jan. 7, 1948, in Los Angeles.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah; two sons, Ryan William and Mathew Paul; and two sisters, Bonnie Sidwell and Carolyn Priborsky.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Central Christian Church, 1001 New Beginnings Drive, Henderson. Burial will be private.
The family suggests donations to the Shade Tree Shelter, P.O. Box 669, Las Vegas, NV 89125.
Leroy Honea
Leroy Honea, 67, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday in Texarkana. He was born July 15, 1935, in Prescott, Ark. A former Las Vegas resident, he was a local barber and an Army veteran.
He is survived by one son, Eric Honea of Las Vegas; one daughter, Lindsey Honea of Hope, Ark.; three sisters, Betty Bible of Kempner, Texas, Bonnie Breshears of Atlanta and Ruth Bateson of Queen City, Texas; and one grandson, Christian Honea of Las Vegas.
No local services are scheduled. Services and burial will be in Hope. Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, is handling arrangements.
Dennis Von Kuehlman Sr.
Dennis Von Kuehlman Sr., 53, of Boulder City died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 4, 1949, in Jersey City, N.J. A former Las Vegas resident for 15 years, he was a salesman at Henderson Chevrolet.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine; one son, Dennis Von Kuehlman Jr. of Boulder City; his mother, Ann Von Kuehlman of Ledgewood, N.J.; two sisters, Denise Montagna of Brick, N.J., and Mary Ann Sieglen of Landing, N.J.; and two brothers, William Von Kuehlman of Jefferson, N.J., and Steven Von Kuehlman of Ledgewood, N.J.
Services were scheduled Sunday. Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Suite 1, handled arrangements.
Clarence Marshall
Clarence Marshall, 88, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born March 11, 1915, in Mississippi. A resident for 16 years, he was a heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by three sons, Robert Marshall of Mississippi, B.J. Curtis of Los Angeles and Walter Marshall of North Las Vegas; one daughter, Annie Ruth Galain of Mississippi; one brother, Robert Marshall, and one sister, Dorothy Marshall, both of Los Angeles; and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-5 p.m. Tuesday in Garden Memorial Funeral Home, 3600 W. Vegas Drive. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in New Revelation Baptist Church, 615 W. Van Buren Ave. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Willem K. Rhebok
Willem K. Rhebok, 72, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 10, 1931, in Djakarta, Indonesia. A resident for 27 years, he was a retired hotel dining room captain and a member of Culinary Local 226.
He is survived by his wife, Diana A.; two daughters, Monique Wilson of Seattle and Yvette Rhebok of Las Vegas; three sisters, Dina of Argentina and Linda and Lieke of the Netherlands; one brother, John of the Netherlands; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Jones. Graveside services will 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Memorial Park.
Ileene Robinson
Ileene Robinson, 66, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 8, 1936, in Springville, Utah. A resident for 50 years, she was a retired school food server.
She is survived by her husband, Larry E.; three daughters, Janice Kephart, Nancy Aquino and Linda Martinez, and one son, Raymond Robinson, all of Henderson; three sisters, Betty Cram of Washington, Utah, and Kathleen Lamb and Diane Chamberlin, both of Page, Ariz.; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 10 a.m. service Thursday in the LDS Ocean Chapel Lake Mead Ward, Henderson. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Mosdell Mortuary, Kanab, Utah.
James V. Tallerico
James V. Tallerico, 82, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 10, 1920, in Chicago. A resident for six weeks, he was a retired foreman for an aircraft engine manufacturer, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Moose.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lola; one daughter, Angela Kemker of Henderson; one son, James Tallerico of Republic, Mo.; one brother, Nick Tallerico of Lansing, Ill.; one sister, Lucille Stahl of Phoenix; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Peter Catholic Church, Henderson, followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
The family suggests donations to St. Jude Research Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Richard Viau
Richard Viau, 73, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Michigan. A welder and a veteran, he was born Nov. 27, 1929, in Escanaba, Mich.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; and one son, Rich Viau of Colorado.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Michigan. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Adeline A. Woolheater
Adeline A. Woolheater, 94, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. She was born April 12, 1908, in Emmet, S.D. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Robert of Las Vegas; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
