St. Pat's dance
A St. Patrick's Day Dance will begin at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St. Admission is $12 at the door; $10 in advance. 229-6383.

'Road to Mecca'
The Nevada Conservatory Theatre and The Nevada Shakespeare Festival present "The Road to Mecca" at 8 p.m., today through Saturday and Wednesday through March 22 with 2 p.m. shows March 16 and 23 at UNLV's Black Box Theatre. Admission is $15; $12 for senior citizens and students. 895-2787.
Benefit
"The Vagina Monologues" will be at 8 p.m. today and Saturday at UNLV's Judy Bayley Theatre. Admission is $10. Proceeds to benefit local women's shelters and support organizations. 895-2787.

Henderson's ninth annual "Young Artist Concert" will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Valley View Recreation Center, 500 Harris St. Admission is free. 565-2367.
School festival
Clark County School District's Fine Arts Division presents its "Junior High School Band Festival" at 8 a.m. Monday through Wednesday at Artemus Ham Hall. Admission is free. 799-5478. Its "High School Band Festival" will begin at 8 a.m. Thursday through Saturday at the hall.
