A Las Vegas Hilton employee who accused Dennis Rodman of lewd behavior has reached a civil settlement with the basketball star in District Court.
Donna Ehlert, a security officer at the hotel, filed suit against Rodman in May 1999, claiming he had fondled her breast while visiting the hotel six months prior.
The parties reached a private settlement this week, according to court records. The case was scheduled to go to trial March 13 before District Judge Jennifer Togliatti.
The suit alleged Rodman made "lewd comments in the presence of numerous patrons, spectators and other employees" during the incident.
