Letter: Parents need to use safety checks
Friday, June 27, 2003 | 9:39 a.m.
We need to get safety checks in place to double check to make sure parents haven't forgotten to drop off their child.
Have a board to sign in when you arrive at work. If you haven't signed the board, someone can ask you if you dropped your child at the child care center.
Have the child care center call if the child hasn't been dropped off at the center.
Have parents share the safety measures they have in place that would prevent this tragedy!
