Company buys Valley View Industrial Center

Harsch Investment Properties recently acquired the Valley View Industrial Center. Harsch, of Portland, Ore., is a big player in the Las Vegas commercial real estate industry with several retail and warehouse properties.

The 380,000-square-foot Valley View Industrial Center was purchased for $22.15 million. The property is on a 19.14-acre site at the intersection of Valley View Boulevard and West Harmon Ave. The center includes four one-story buildings ranging from 79,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet with 16 tenants.
