Nevada historical calendars set
Nevada Magazine, the official travel and tourism publication for the state, is accepting orders for personalized 2004 Nevada historical calendars.
The wall calendars contain more than a dozen historical photographs of people and places throughout Nevada, and offer businesses a chance to attach their company name and logo to a name plate on the calendar.
The calendar will be available in early October.

Church planning summer camp
Central Christian Church will host Camp 702-What is Real, a summer camp for junior high students from Sunday through June 27 at the church, 1001 New Beginnings Drive, Henderson.
In addition to the camp's spiritual focus, there will be activities including rock climbing, swimming, repelling, paint ball and a skate board park.
Cost is $280.

Sin City Saint Rescue
will hold a fund-raiser from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Liberace Museum, 1775 E. Tropicana Ave., to raise money for Nana, a 7-year-old St. Bernard who suffered a back injury. For more information, call 896-1049.
As part of the Computer Series for Seniors,
the North Las Vegas Library, 2300 Civic Center Drive, will be offering the class "Introduction to the Personal Computer" from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday. All classes are free and taught by North Las Vegas Library District staff members. For more information, call 839-2980.
