James Foster of Air Excel In. was named Nevada Small Business Person of the year Friday. Other Las Vegas-basedsmall business honorees for 2003 included Nita Lopez, a small business coordinator for Clark County; Gina Robison, founder of Moms In Business Network; Paige Fleming, chief executive and publisher of Nevada Woman magazine; Jaki Baskow, chief executive and president of Baskow & Associates; Dan Stewart, chief executive and president of The Landwell Co.; and Kenneth Scherado Jr., owner of Lone Mountain Aviation Inc.
