Carr joined GMG in January as vice president of business development and last month launched VEGAS Magazine, a national lifestyle magazine for Las Vegas. Carr will remain co-publisher of VEGAS Magazine.
"Michael has brought a new energy and focus to the media group," said Greenspun, who previously held the president position and is now chairman.
Saunders, formerly vice president, joined GMG in 2000. Greenspun Media is a sister company to the Las Vegas Sun.
