Allan J. Bean

Allan J. Bean, 52, of Las Vegas died June 26 in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 17, 1950, in Farmington, Maine.

He is survived by one daughter, Theresa Bean, and one sister, Elizabeth Neeley, both of Maine.

Roger Lionel Bissonnette

Roger Lionel Bissonnette, 78, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 14, 1924, in Manville, R.I. A resident for 15 years, he was a limo driver.

He is survived by three sons, James Roger Bissonnette, Thomas Albert Bissonnette and Stephen John Bissonnette, all of Florida.

Virginia H. Dove

Virginia H. Dove, 79, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A drapery store seamstress, she was born April 4, 1924, in Missouri.

She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Ann Padilla of Las Vegas.

Burial will be in Orange, Calif. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Leonard Golden

Michael Leonard Golden, 43, of Kissimmee, Fla., died Wednesday in Florida. He was born Nov. 13, 1959, in Niagara Falls, N.Y. A former Las Vegas resident, he was a chef.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Jan Berghofer of Las Vegas; his father, Vernon Golden of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two sisters, Debbie Izquierdo and Patty Cummins, both of Las Vegas; and one brother, Thomas Golden of Fortuna, Calif.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main.

Pat R. Hertzel

Pat R. Hertzel, 73, of Las Vegas died Monday. An owner-operator of a construction company, he was born Sept. 16, 1929, in Kansas City, Mo.

He is survived by his wife, Jane; three daughters, Patti Flores of Weslaco, Texas, and Debbi Vaughan and Kathi Hertzel, both of Las Vegas; and one son, Richi Hertzel of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 2 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Lynn Crossman Hood

Lynn Crossman Hood, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 5, 1919, in Kansas City, Kan. A resident for 12 years, she was a high school teacher for the Torrance, (Calif.), Unified School District for 26 years and a realtor for 10 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Lynn Stengel Bryant of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Pamela Jean Stengel of Las Vegas; and one sister, Janet Zuberbuhler of Beaver Falls, Pa.

Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.

Teresa 'Terry' Kendrick

Teresa "Terry" Kendrick, 74, of Boulder City died Monday in Boulder City. She was born Jan. 23, 1929, in New Mexico. A resident for 30 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Elks.

She is survived by one son, Gary Kendrick of Carson City; four brothers, Robert, Charlie, Orlie and Gilbert; six sisters, Josie, Rosie, Dolly, Mary, Bernadette and Margie; and two grandchildren.

Services were set for 3 p.m. today at Best Western Lighthouse, 110 Villa Drive, Boulder City. A reception will follow at Boulder Creek Golf Course, Boulder City. Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Suite 1, is handling arrangements.

Jimmy McNeal

Jimmy McNeal, 50, of Las Vegas died June 10 in Las Vegas. He was born May 22, 1953, in Minnesota. A resident for 43 years, he was a laborer at a car wash.

He is survived by one daughter, Nancy Turner, and two sons, Justin McNeal and Jimmy McNeal, all of Las Vegas; two stepsons, Brady of California and Chris Mack of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.

James P. Pawling

James P. Pawling, 67, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born March 11, 1936, in New York. A resident for eight years, he was a gas company technician.

He is survived by one daughter, Susan; two brothers, Don and David; and one sister, Kathy.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11:45 a.m. service Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow at noon Friday in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mary M. 'Auntie' Quinn

Mary M. "Auntie" Quinn, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 21, 1928, in New York City. A resident for 13 years, she was a retired publishing company supervisor.

She is survived by nine children, Vinnie, Cookie, Tommy, Regina, Nicole, Michael, Zoe, Dashiell and Amanda; one sister, Kitty; and one brother, Tommy.

Rachelle Lynne Sadler

Rachelle Lynne Sadler, 19, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. A college student, she was born April 25, 1984, in American Fork, Utah.

She is survived by her parents, Clifford Merrill and Joann (Rice) Sadler of Highland, Utah.

Burial will be in Highland. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Halvor Neil Stuppy

Halvor Neil Stuppy, 56, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 25, 1946, in Indiana. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired iron worker in the construction industry.

He is survived by two daughters, Maegan Stuppy and Cortney Stuppy, both of Dallas; one brother, Dennis Brown of Rensselaer, Ind.; and three sisters, Joyce Hagenow of Tinley Park, Ill., Sheila Kay Stuppy of Las Vegas and Marge Shroba of Morris, Ill.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Word of Life Christian Center, 3520 N. Buffalo Drive. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

James Tate

James Tate, 60, of Las Vegas died May 29 in Las Vegas. He was born June 18, 1943, in Fordyce, Ark. A resident for two years, he was an automobile salesman.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Ann Thrower of Chicago; four sisters, Linda Tate and Janet Tate, both of Chicago and Jennifer Burns and Nancy Thrower, both of Las Vegas; five brothers, Otis Tate, Willie Thrower, Larry Charles, Ronnie Burns and Ken Burns, all of Las Vegas and Steve Tate of Chicago.

Visitation is scheduled 9-11 a.m. Tuesday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Graveside services will follow at noon Tuesday in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Wayne M. Turner

Wayne M. Turner, 79, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. He was born April 18, 1924, in Peabody, Kan. A resident for 54 years, he was a retired rancher, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of Stagehands Union Local 720.

He is survived by one brother, Melvin Turner of Las Vegas; and three sisters, Nancy Turner of Las Vegas, Melva Irvine of Santa Clara, Calif., and Dorothy Bailey of Clarksville, Tenn.
