Las Vegas dealership closes, competitor expands staff
Thursday, July 3, 2003 | 9:49 a.m.
Fuccillo Subaru, a car dealership at 1616 S. Decatur Blvd., has closed.
Officials with the dealership would not give the exact date the business shut down nor would they say why except to comment that the corporate office was moving the company out of the Las Vegas area. The dealership's corporate offices are based in New York.
There is now only one authorized Subaru dealership in the Las Vegas area, according to Subaru. That dealership is Findlay Subaru, 210 N. Gibson Rd.
Officials with Findlay Subaru said they would be expanding their sales and service staff, but did not know by how much. Currently, 18 people work at Findlay Subaru.
