Cabinet company sold

Fortune Brands Inc. of Lincolnshire, Ill., said Tuesday it's purchasing Capital Cabinet, a privately held supplier of home cabinets based in North Las Vegas. Terms were not disclosed. Capital Cabinet, which has annual sales of about $30 million, will become part of Fortune Brands' MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. unit, with annual sales of about $1.2 billion. "Capital Cabinets enhances our position in the fast-growing Las Vegas and Southern California markets," said Rich Forbes, president of MasterBrand Cabinets.
