StumbleMeineke sold to U.S. investor group

Australian services group Brambles Industries Ltd. said today it will sell its Meineke Car Care Center business to a U.S. investor group for $68.5 million in cash. The investor group comprises Carousel Capital, The Halifax Group and members of Meineke management.
