Nancie L. Anderson, 68, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 31, 1934, in Muskegon, Mich. A resident for 29 years, she was a retired accounts payable clerk in the gaming industry.
She is survived by one daughter, Paula C. Todora of Las Vegas; two stepsons, William H. Anderson of Dallas and Greggory J. Anderson of Oglesby, Ill.; one stepdaughter, Sharon L. Ackerman of Whitehall, Mich.; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Hugo Capagli
Hugo Capagli, 70, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born April 22, 1932, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for 12 years, he was a security officer at the Fiesta hotel, a member of the Masons and a Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Graceanne; three sons, Bruce Capagli Sr. of Roseville, Calif., Craig Orr of Manteca, Calif., and Christopher Capagli of South Lake Tahoe; one daughter, Tina Capagli of Las Vegas; two brothers, Richard Capagli and Roland Capagli, both of Milpitas, Calif.; and a nephew, Michael Hegyes of South Lake Tahoe; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be in April. Pahrump Family Mortuary, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Road, is handling arrangements.

Rita Cox, 78, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born March 23, 1924, in Michigan.

Loucille Ruth Ann Eastman
Loucille Ruth Ann Eastman, 88, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 28, 1914, in Fort Jessop, La. A resident for one year, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Myrl Ann Gutierrez of Las Vegas; two sisters, Melba Wyatt and Winnie Wright, both of Tyler, Texas; three grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

E.B. 'Fitz' Fitzgerald
E.B. "Fitz" Fitzgerald, 76, of Dolan Springs, Ariz., died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born April 1, 1926, in Virginia. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired law enforcement officer, realt estate broker and former executive of the Floor Covering and Glaziers Union. He was a World War II Navy veteran who received the Navy Unit Commendation Citation as a member of the crew of the USS Philadelphia, and was a member of the Masons, Scottish Rite, Shriners and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Anna; one daughter, Anna Marie Karen Martin of Dolan Springs; three sons, Bruce Wayne Fitzgerald and Victor George Fitzgerald, both of Boulder City, and Daniel B. Fitzgerald of Las Vegas; one brother, Franklin D. Fitzgerald of Washington state; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be 11:20 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Dominador B. Gomez
Dominador B. Gomez, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 4, 1949, in the Philippines. A resident for four years, he was a retired maintenance man for the federal government.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; one son, Grant Gomez, and one daughter, Janice Gomez-Hoang: Rocks, both of Las Vegas; his mother, Juanita Gomez of Waipahu, Hawaii; two brothers, Eugenio Gomez of Waipahu and Antonio Gomez of Las Vegas; and three sisters, Teresa Cadiz of Ewa, Hawaii, Angela Borromeo of Mililani, Hawaii, and Neofe Madola of Sun Valley, Calif.
Services will be 3 p.m. Friday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
Robert Whittier Hooper
Robert Whittier Hooper, 100, of Las Vegas and Pahrump died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born July 12, 1902, in Connecticut. A resident 19 years, he was a warehouse manager for Lucky supermarkets.
He is survived by one daughter, Candace H. Hunt; and one grandson, Jeff Kruger of Redmond, Ore.

LeRoy R. Jenkins
LeRoy R. Jenkins, 66, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 2, 1936, in Boise, Idaho. A resident for 38 years, he was a retired assistant director in education, president of Classified School District Employees, a member of the Nevada Public Employee Association and Nevadans for Equal Rights Amendment.
He is survived by his wife, Janet; one daughter, Jana Lee Jenkins, and one son, Michael John Jenkins, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Leslie Jenkins of Las Vegas and Lynne Neal of Oswego, Mich.; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the Community Park at Royal View and Ruby Vista in Summerlin. Burial will be in California. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

He is survived by his parents, Stephen and Jacqueline Johnson of Las Vegas; and one brother, Toby Johnson of Snohomish, Wash.

Vera E. Klinovsky, 86, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 14, 1916, in Salt Lake City. A resident for nine years, she was a homemaker and a World War II Army veteran.
She is survived by one daughter, Jennie Stewart of Las Vegas; two brothers, Gordon Lund of Boise, Idaho, and Clifford Lund of Washington state; five grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Monday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St. Graveside services will follow at 1:20 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Jeanette Kobis, 77, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 8, 1926, in Chicago. A resident for four years, she was a retired registered nurse.
She is survived by one daughter, Jeanne Wallace of Las Vegas.

Dana Jeanette Lesher
Dana Jeanette Lesher, 31, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 3, 1971, in Yuba City, Calif. A resident for 30 years, she was a co-founder and creative partner of the Hunny Pot, an employee of the Disney store in Las Vegas for seven years, co-founder of the Candlelighters of Clark County, an Easter Seal Poster Child for the state of Nevada for three years and founding member of the Nevada Technology Center for the Disabled.
She is survived by her parents, Kathaleen J. and Neal E. Lesher of Las Vegas; two sisters, Kathaleen D. McFarland of Rimrock, Wash., and Suzanne L. Doggrell of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and her grandmother, Jean Nallia of Oregon.
A celebration of her life will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Green Valley Presbyterian Church, 1798 Wigwam Parkway, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

George Harold Murphy
George Harold Murphy, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 6, 1922, in New Albany, Kan. A resident for 26 years, he was a chief electrical inspector for the city of Las Vegas, a retired Navy veteran, a member of the Fleet Reserve Association, USS Nicholas Association and Chief Petty Officers Mess No. 1 for Las Vegas, a life member of International Chief Petty Officers Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by one daughter, Connie Kay Quinnelly of Mannford, Okla.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Jennie Marie Osterhoudt, 86, of Round Mountain died Saturday in a local care center. She was born June 9, 1916, in Hurley, Wis. A Round Mountain resident for 45 years and a Las Vegas resident for four years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four sons, Robert Osterhoudt of San Diego, Terry Osterhoudt and Ron Osterhoudt, both of Las Vegas, and Don Osterhoudt of Round Mountain; two daughters, Linda Manley and Sandra Cecchini, both of Round Mountain; two brothers, Sam Nissila of Ironwood, Mich., and Andrew Nissila of Manitowish Waters, Wis.; one sister, Lillian Rayala of Manitowish Waters; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the Round Mountain Baptist Church. Burial will be private. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Larry Polick, 87, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local care center. He was born June 19, 1915, in East St. Louis, Ill. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired owner-operator of a real estate brokerage firm, a World War II Army veteran and a member of B'nai B'rith International.
He is survived by two brothers, Alvin Polick of Las Vegas and Leon Pollard of Brentwood, Calif.
Services will be 10 a.m. Sunday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

She is survived by one son, Robert Young of Santa Monica, Calif.; one daughter, Christy Tolbert of Las Vegas; one sister, Catherine Kludjian of La Mirada, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
