StumbleLetter: Remember the notch babies

I know we might go to war against Iraq and possibly other nations, but I still think the notch babies should be given what is due them.
There can't be many of us left. Everybody was all for the notch baby issue, but then they just forgot about us. Maybe somebody will listen this time.
