Paul-Son Gaming Corp. has completed the merger of its subsidiary, The Bud Jones Co. Inc., and another subsidiary, Paul-Son Gaming Supplies Inc.
In September, French casino equipment maker Etablissements Bourgogne et Grasset S.A. and B&G's wholly-owned subsidiary, The Bud Jones Co. Inc., became subsidiaries of Paul-Son Gaming Corp. In December, Bud Jones merged into Paul-Son Gaming Supplies Inc., with Paul-Son Gaming Supplies remaining the surviving entity and consolidated into one facility at Paul-Son Gaming headquarters in Las Vegas.
Products from both companies will be manufactured and distributed by Paul-Son Gaming Supplies.
Paul-Son Gaming has also discontinued its Authentic Products division, which sold generic gaming supplies to non-casino customers. Las Vegas retail sales activities have ceased and Paul-Son expects to sell its products only to licensed casino operators.
The company expects to improve operating efficiency as a result of the merger, Paul-Son Gaming Chief Executive Gerard Charlier said.
