Madalaine Calovini
Madalaine Calovini, 59, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born July 23, 1943, in Homestead, Pa. A resident for 30 years, she was an adult development director for the Girl Scouts of Frontier Council.
She is survived by her husband, Joe; and two daughters, Theresa Calovini-Bondiriansky of Toronto and Jennifer Goodwyn of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to Girl Scouts, 2491 Harris Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Jarvay 'Jay' Forman
Jarvay "Jay" Forman, 77, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 6, 1925, in Toledo, Ohio. A resident for 17 years, he was a retired architectural engineer and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara B.; two sons, Larry Forman of Sacramento and Donald Forman of Las Vegas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Arthur J. Galuszka
Arthur J. Galuszka, 59, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 27, 1943, in Hamtramck, Mich. A resident for 30 years, he was a maintenance worker at a food and flavor factory and a member of Teamsters Union Local 631.
He is survived by his wife, Judy; one son, Michael Kenneth Galuszka of North Las Vegas; one daughter, Michele Marie Ellis of Beryl, Utah; four brothers, Donald Galuszka and Larry Galuszka, both of Florida, Tony Galuszka of Michigan and Edward Galuszka of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.
The family suggests donations to Child Haven, 701 N. Pecos Road, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Billey Lee Langley
Billey Lee Langley, 84, of Pahrump died Jan. 18 in Pahrump. A service station mechanic, he was born Dec. 21, 1918, in Duncan, Okla.
He is survived by seven children, Sandy Bryant of Alaska, Pam White and Carla Mangus, both of Oregon, B.A. Langley of Idaho and Vaughn Langley, Travis Langley and Doug Richmond, all of Washington state; 25 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pahrump Family Mortuary, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Road, Pahrump, is handling arrangements.
Kathryn Pascariello
Kathryn Pascariello, 85, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A resident for nine years, she was born July 15, 1917, in New York City.
She is survived by two daughters, Margaret DeMonti of East Meadow, N.Y., and Joann DeVito of Henderson; one brother, Joseph Midiri of California; one sister, Connie Ammirati of Corona, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Lucretia A. Pearson
Lucretia A. Pearson, 61, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 23, 1941, in Phoenix. A resident for 60 years, she owned and operated Pearson Masonry in Henderson.
She is survived by three daughters, Angela Pearson, Nicole Lanning and Jackie Smith, all of Las Vegas; and son, Joseph Pearson of Henderson; three sisters, Katie Petersen of Riverside, Calif., and Jody Leavitt and Michelle Shappie, both of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 1 p.m. service Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Theodore Price
Theodore Price, 77, of Las Vegas died Nov. 18, 2002, in Las Vegas. A Navy veteran, he was born Aug. 5, 1925.
Graveside services will be 9:20 a.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Helen M. Wilson
Helen M. Wilson, 72, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born April 27, 1930, in La Belle, Pa. A resident for 11 years, she was a retail saleswoman.
She is survived by one daughter, Debra Adams of Las Vegas; two sons, Larry Wilson of Arizona and David Wilson of Las Vegas; three sisters, Loretta Adams of California, Gloria Rable of Ohio and Rosalie Petroff of Florida; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
