Auditions

Las Vegas Cultural Affairs Division presents "Black Gems & Jewels," a five-week series of black films, beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday at the West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd. Admission is free. 229-4800.

The Las Vegas Songwriters Association will sponsor a "pitch/critique" from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Cabana Mobile Home Park recreation room, 5303 E.
