Madison William Crosby Sr.
Madison William Crosby Sr., 68, of Las Vegas died Jan. 12 in Las Vegas. He was born March 7, 1934, in Texas. A resident for four years, he was a Korean War Marine Corps veteran, a graduate of Morgan State College, a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and the Masons.
He is survived by one son, Madison William Crosby Jr.; three brothers, Carrol, Allen and Larry; two sisters, Brenda and Audrey; and three grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Betty R. Fleck
Betty R. Fleck, 79, of North Las Vegas died Friday in North Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 16, 1923, in North English, Iowa. A resident for three years, she was a retired office worker for a publishing company.
She is survived by her husband, William; one daughter, Sherilyn Wilsey, and one son, John Joseph Simmons, both of Las Vegas; four sisters, Doris Finch of Mesa, Ariz., Mildred Dillon of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Dorothy Keener of Sun City, Ariz., and Marjorie Siggins of Lisbon, Iowa; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 3391 N. Buffalo Drive. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Jack Allan Mann
Jack Allan Mann, 60, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 17, 1942, in Sturgis, Mich. A resident for 12 years, he was a heavy equipment mechanic and owned Mann Technical Assistance and was a Vietnam War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Kapsun; one daughter, Rosie Mann, and two sons, Thomas Mann and James Mann, all of Las Vegas; his mother, Betty Jane Mann of Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Jerry Mann of Mesa and John Mann of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; and one sister, Joann Maybach of Chandler, Ariz.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Main. Graveside services will follow at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Lawrence Ernest Nardini
Lawrence Ernest Nardini, 54, of Las Vegas died Friday. He was born March 31, 1948. A resident for 19 years, he was a hairstylist, a Vietnam War Air Force veteran and a member of Chuck Minker's Racquet Club.
He is survived by his wife, Ginger; two sons, Anthony and Lawrence; four brothers, Darryl, Victor, Jerry and Dominic; one sister, Suzanne; and one grandchild.
A memorial service was scheduled at 12:30 p.m. today at Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Allen C. Schucker
Allen C. Schucker, 56, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 30, 1946, in the Bronx, N.Y. A resident for 30 years, he retired Flamingo Hilton dealer and was a Vietnam War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sue A.; one son, Randy P. Schucker, one brother, Howard E. Schucker, and one sister, Sheila E. Laruccia, all of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.
Services were scheduled at 1 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
