StumbleWoman who claimed rape faces extortion charges

A woman who accused Celine Dion's husband of raping her is in police custody this morning after Metro Police officers arrested her on extortion charges, a Metro spokesman said.
Yun Kyeong Kwon Sung filed a civil lawsuit against Rene Angelil in March 2002, claiming he raped her two years earlier at the Imperial Palace. Four days later, she filed a report with Metro.
Angelil was a victim of extortion, police said this morning.
