Kudos to Sen. Harry Reid for working to improve nuclear plant security. Nevadans take note: While President Bush dumps nuclear waste on Nevadans and concentrates on persuading Rep. Jim Gibbons to run against Reid in 2004, Reid goes about his business of being the most effective and important legislator in Nevada history.
