OneCap Properties, a commercial property subsidiary of OneCap, a Nevada-based realty and mortgage company, said Monday it acquired 1.6 acres of land and a 16,000-square-foot building on the Las Vegas Strip.
The property is on the northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Convention Center Drive, across from the Stardust Resort & Casino.
The property closed escrow on Dec. 26 for $21.9 million, OneCap said. The property is leased by Walgreen Co.
Officials with OneCap declined to disclose who they bought the property from. Clark County records did not list any recent sales of the property.
The property was previously owned by San Francisco real estate developer Luke Brugnara, who last year sold the land to AG CCR Las Vegas I LLC, according to county records.
