StumbleVegas company sold

Land Title of Nevada Inc. has been sold for $3.5 million to Nations Holding Group, a subsidiary of Phoenix-based Capital Title Group Inc., a regional title agency, title insurance underwriter and provider of other real estate-related services.
Land Title of Nevada, based in Las Vegas, was owned by businessman Jim Ward.
Ward plans to retire after 27 years of business, Capital Title Group officials said. All five Las Vegas offices will remain open and Capital Title Group will retain the Land Title of Nevada name.
