Robert Carlto Baker, 56, of Las Vegas died Feb. 6 in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 6, 1947, in Illinois. A resident for eight years, he was a laborer for a printing firm and a Vietnam War Army veteran.
He is survived by three daughters, Cindy Johnson of Topeka, Ill., Amy Elizabeth Baker of Pekin, Ill., and Carla Marie Baker of Texas; his mother, Elizabeth H. Blakesley of Pahrump; two brothers, Allen Baker of McKenzie Bridge, Ore., and Phil Baker of Pekin; one sister, Gail Reynolds of Illinois; and three grandchildren.

Richard L. Betke, 78, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 18, 1924, in Detroit. A resident for five years, he was a retired TRW industrial engineer in the aerospace industry, a Clark County School District substitute teacher and a World War II Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; one stepdaughter, Kristine Hoder; four stepsons, Dennis Nuener, Glenn Nuener, Dr. Craig Nuener and Jeffrey Nuener, and one sister, Doris Schulz, all of Michigan; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Louis B. Casey, 85, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born June 4, 1917, in Keota, Okla. A resident for 39 years, he was a retired schoolteacher, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of Senior Friends and the John Birch Society.
He is survived by his wife, Olive D.; and one brother, James Casey of Chula Vista, Calif.
Visitation is scheduled 10-11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow at noon Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

The Rev. Isiah Chester Sr., 95, of Las Vegas died Monday in North Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 2, 1907, in Greenville, Miss. A resident for 58 years, he was a retired head janitor at Anderson Dairy and a member of the Masons.
He is survived by three sons, Larry Chester of Las Vegas, Isiah Chester Jr. of Chicago and Thomas Brown of St. Louis; one daughter, Doris Chester of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Eileen Judith Cohen, 72, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. A resident for six years, she was born Aug. 15, 1930.
She is survived by two daughters, April Constanza of Las Vegas and Jackie Cohen of San Francisco; three sisters, Sondra Markim of New York City, Dorothy Sharlin of Highland Park, Ill., and Vivien Bronshvag of Kentfield, Calif.; and one granddaughter.

Michael T. Dades, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Nov. 10, 1928, in Eastman, Ga. A resident for more than 50 years, he was a retired casino executive, a Navy pilot and World War II veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; one brother, John Dades, and one sister, Mary Ann Jones, both of Las Vegas.

Miguel "Mike" Gamboa, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Sept. 29, 1928, in Mesilla, N.M. A resident for 31 years, he was a retired county government investigator and a World War II Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia; two sons, Steve and Jay, both of Las Vegas; one daughter, Gayla Ortega, and one stepdaughter, Debbie Sanchez, both of Las Cruces, N.M.; two brothers, Abran and Solomon, both of Las Vegas; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Fidel Manuel Guzman, 73, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 17, 1929, in Havana. A resident for 41 years, he was a dealer.
He is survived by his wife, Lazara; two daughters, Mercy B. Guzman and Ann B. Morejon, both of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.

John E. Jensen, 79, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born May 11, 1923, in Yermo, Calif. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired meter repairman with Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, retired from the Santa Fe Railroad and was as World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by one son, John C. Jensen, and one daughter, Mildred L. Hare, both of Victorville, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

A resident for 28 years, he was a security officer, worked at All State Ticketing, was a retired Korean War and Vietnam War Marine veteran, a member of American Legion, and a member of AA for whom he served in prisons and jails.
He is survived by his wife, Sharalce; his mother, Lylace Myers of Springfield; two sons, Kevin Meyers of Phoenix, and Scott Schweeheimer of Bakersfield, Calif.; five daughters, Cathy Myers of Springfield, Shelly Kendall of Las Vegas, Robyn Race of Henderson, Bobbie Sue West of Belaire, Mich., and Renea Sparks of Lander, Wyo; and one sister, Barbara Kauffman of Springfield; and 10 grandchildren.

He is survived by his parents, Bob and Cathy Frank of Las Vegas; his father, Lynn Ruesch of St. George; four brothers, Lyle Ruesch of Las Vegas, Bob Frank II of Henderson, Rodney Frank of Bakersfield, Calif., and Carl Ruesch; and three sisters, Sharalyn Ruesch, Kirsten Ruesch and Randi Ruesch.
