San Diego-based Roel Construction Co., which has offices in Las Vegas, has acquired the bulk of the assets of Nielsen Dillingham Builders Inc., the San Diego-based subsidiary of Dillingham Construction Co.
Nielsen Dillingham Builders was the builder for Las Vegas Hilton's Star Trek: The Experience and its Space Quest Casino. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
