Commercial real estate market expands

The local commercial real estate market continues to expand with at least 3.4 million square feet of industrial space planned in the Las Vegas Valley.

Among the new projects is the Arrowhead Commerce Center, developed by Los Angeles-based EJM Development Co. The 110-acre business park is in the McCarran International Airport area -- providing close proximity to Interstates 15 and 215 and the Las Vegas Strip.

About 400,000 square feet of space have been completed at the park and another 130,540 square feet are under construction.Over the next three years, more than 500,000 square feet will be added.
