The Nevada Army National Guard announced today that its 72nd Military Police Co. based in Henderson has been alerted for possible mobilization for Operations Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle.
The company is currently preparing in the event that it is called to active duty, spokeswoman April Conway said.
The 72nd Military Police Co. is one of 51 units from across the nation recently alerted for potential mobilization. The unit has about 125 soldiers.
