StumbleLetter: Military draft may be needed

It should be clear to even the most casual observer that many more troops will be needed if we are to fulfill President Bush's goals. If he is re-elected, count on seeing the draft reinstated. There is no other way he can maintain order in Iraq and elsewhere.
