To anyone who spends much time traveling on Buffalo Drive, it should be self evident that this one-time two-lane street has become a major arterial. Between a new high school and many new businesses, the assertion that this is a residential street is an idea several years out of date.
Anyone contemplating the construction of a new house that would be located on Buffalo ought to consider the traffic that is already there, which will increase with the opening of the high school next year.
Considering other nonresidential possibilities, not to disregard neighborhood bars, mini markets or massage parlors, a Social Security office, which is open limited hours, would be the lesser of several evils and prevent the encroachment of more bothersome alternatives.
