La Preal W. Beardall

La Preal W. Beardall, 74, of Henderson died Saturday in a local health care center. She was born Sept. 12, 1929, in Loa, Utah. A resident for 40 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Floyd; two sons, Steven Eugene Beardall and Jeffrey Beardall, both of Henderson, and Randy Dean Beardall of Fort Collins, Colo.; three daughters, Kelly Floyd and Shana Gilson, both of Henderson, and Colette Beck of Magna, Utah; 26 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Saturday at the LDS Skyline Ward, Black Mountain Stake. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Linda Jo Bullington

Linda Jo Bullington, 51, of Las Vegas died Dec. 13 in a local care center. A telemarketer, she was born Sept. 16, 1952, in Montrose, Colo.

She is survived by her mother, Jonell Pappin, and two sisters, Kari Niemi and Anna Johnson, all of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Matt Pappin of Oregon and Jim Bullington of California.

Graveside services were scheduled at 9:30 a.m. today in Woodlawn Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.

Gerald W. Butler

Gerald W. Butler, 73, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 3, 1930, in Los Angeles. A resident for five years, he was a retired Marine Corps master sergeant and a Korean War veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Irene; one daughter, Mary Susan Reusch of Stayton, Ore.; and two grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 10:40 a.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Geneva Caruso

Geneva Caruso, 77, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born April 6, 1924, in Benton, Ky. A resident for 20 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Steven; two sons, Paul Noles of Las Vegas and William J. Caruso of Southgate, Mich.; two sisters, Carol Westbrook of Las Vegas and Norma Saylor of Garden City, Mich.; one brother, Ray Turner of Benton, Ky.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Donald E. Crum

Donald E. Crum, 65, of Boulder City died Saturday. He was born May 26, 1938, in California, Mo. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, he was a retired engineer for the Bureau of Reclamation and Western Area Power Administration, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Ruth.

He is survived by one daughter, Stephanie of Henderson; two sons, Mitch of Boulder City and Morgan of Henderson; his mother, Mildred, and one brother, Mike, both of Lincoln, Neb.; and two granddaughters.

Graveside services were scheduled at 12:30 p.m. today at Boulder City Cemetery, 501 Adams Blvd. Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Suite 1, handled arrangements.

Gloria A. Davis

Gloria A. Davis, 52, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 10, 1951, in California. A resident for 45 years, she was a cook for Caesars Palace and Bally's.

She is survived by one son, Michael A. Feil of Henderson; and one daughter, Michelle D. Feil of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until a noon service Sunday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Rose DePedro

Rose DePedro, 82, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 30, 1921, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. A resident for 34 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Frank J. DePedro Jr. of Modesto, Calif., and Robert DePedro of Los Angeles; one daughter, JoAnn Bachran of Henderson; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson. Burial will follow at noon Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Charles J. Gattoni

Charles J. Gattoni, 90, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 15, 1913, in Lindsey, Ala. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired plater for a manufacturing company.

He is survived by one son, Sam Gattoni, and one sister, Dorothy Gattoni, both of California.

Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until a 9:30 a.m. service Monday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday in Davis' Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

David V. Honea

David V. Honea, 87, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 17, 1916, in Barwick, Ga. A resident for 10 years, he was an Army veteran, past master of the Daylite Masonic Lodge, a member of Scottish Rite Bodies and a member of the Zelzah Clowns.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy; two sons, David Ellis Honea and David V. Honea; and one brother, Thomas A. Honea.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday at All Saints Episcopal Church, 4201 W. Washington Ave. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Terry J. Houghtaling

Terry J. Houghtaling, 48, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. A plumber, he was born May 20, 1955.

He is survived by one son, James Houghtaling of Hornell, N.Y.

Lorraine 'Lorry' Marek

Lorraine "Lorry" Marek, 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 2, 1922, in Chicago. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired commercial service representative for the telephone company, a eucharistic minister for Christ the King Catholic Community, a member of the board of directors for Senior Tripsters and a member of the Emaculate Alumnae Association.

She is survived by her husband, Chester; one daughter, Jackie Quigley of Los Angeles; one son, Ron Raschke of Ojai, Calif.; one sister, Phyllis Palac of LaGrange Park, Ill.; and one brother, Ken Bochat of Palatine, Ill.

Services will be 5 p.m. Thursday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday in Christ the King. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Howard A. Osborn

Howard A. Osborn, 74, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 9, 1929, in Oklahoma. A resident for 50 years, he was a retired lead maintenance man for a chemical company and an Army veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Kathy Darbe and Stacey Osborn, both of Henderson; three brothers; three sisters; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Wilfredo C. Ramos Jr.

Wilfredo C. Ramos Jr., 25, of Pasadena, Calif., died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 13, 1978, in Hong Kong. A resident for three years, he was a customer service representative and a member of Soka Gakkai International of Las Vegas.

He is survived by his mother, Princess Ramos of Pasadena, Calif.; his father, Wilfredo C. Ramos Sr., and his stepmother, Aileen Ramos, both of Framingham, Mass.; his stepfather, Renato De Guzman of Pasadena, Calif.; and one brother, Martin Ramos of Tarzana, Calif.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Kenneth A. Reisinger

Kenneth A. Reisinger, 82, of Boulder City died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born July 10, 1921, in Milwaukee. A resident for 10 years, he was a brick mason, a World War II Army veteran, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, Marie; one daughter, Mary Ann Sage, and one son, James Reisinger, both of California; one stepson, Raymond Benner of Albuquerque; one brother, Richard Reisinger of Wisconsin; two grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

A graveside memorial service is scheduled 10 a.m. Jan. 6 in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Suite 1, is handling arrangements.

Rose Rowland

Rose Rowland, 79, of Boulder City died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 24, 1924, in Pioche. A lifelong Nevada resident, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Margret Durett of North Las Vegas; two sons, L. Buck Ennis and Orville Dee Ennis, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Louise Showacy of Boulder City; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Gloria Barba Salazar, 63, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born March 23, 1940, in Obregon, Sonora, Mexico. A resident for two months, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Jose David Molina Barba of Las Vegas and Juan Fco. Molina and Jorge Benjamin Molina, both of Mexico; two daughters, Patricia Molina and Griselda Molina, both of Mexico; and 17 grandchildren.

Michael Leonardo Savella

Michael Leonardo Savella, 53, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 10, 1950, in Waialua, Hawaii. A resident for 15 years, he was a hotel-casino supervisor and an Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Alma Marie.

Phyllis Stanley

Phyllis Stanley, 68, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 18, 1935, in Claremore, Okla. A resident for four years, she was a retired artist.

She is survived by her husband, David; two sons, James Smith of Las Vegas and Will Patterson of Spokane, Wash.; one brother, Robert Kleier of Washington state; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Patty J. West

Patty J. West, 67, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 22, 1936, in Sayre, Okla. A resident for 43 years, she was a retired senior loan officer.

She is survived by one son, Jimmie West, one daughter, Vanessa West, and one sister, Peggy Lewis, all of Las Vegas; and two grandsons.

Richard L. Zeddies

Richard L. Zeddies, 66, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 29, 1937, in Milwaukee. A resident for 24 years, he was a retired Wisconsin police officer, worked in Manitowoc shipyards, was a security officer at various local casinos, most recently at Excalibur, an Air Force veteran and a member of the Las Vegas Cribbage Club.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine V.; two daughters, Linda T. Hill of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Christina Ann McCrea of Las Vegas; one son, William Michael Zeddies of Las Vegas; one brother, Donald J. Zeddies of Manitowoc, Wis.; four sisters, Patricia Braun of San Diego, Sharon Backhaus of Valders, Wis., and Kathleen Rothmund and Maureen Zeddies, both of Manitowoc; one brother, Lee Zeddies of Manitowoc; and three grandchildren.

Philip Zeper

Philip Zeper, 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local health care center. He was born Nov. 19, 1919, in Philadelphia. A resident for 21 years, he was a retired Army lieutenant colonel and World War II and Korean War veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Wolf of Las Vegas and Maxine Underwood of Valencia, Calif.; and two sons, Bernard Zeper and Lawrence Zeper, both of Mesa, Ariz.
