Christiana N. Archer
Christiana N. Archer, 27, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 21, 1974, in Amarillo, Texas. A resident for 6 1/2 years, she was a sales clerk for a local retailer.
She is survived by two sons, Jacob and Nicholas; two daughters, Kira and Pilar; her parents, Peggy L. and Tom F. Archer Jr.; and two brothers, Tom Archer III and Sam Archer.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Thomas Ray Bryant
Thomas Ray Bryant, 77, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 11, 1926, in Arkansas. A resident for many years, he owned an electric motor company and was a Navy veteran.
He is survived by three daughters, Deborah J. Madan, Pamela R. Nowaczyk and Donna Bolton, all of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
John Calhoun
John Calhoun, 76, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born Jan. 22, 1927, in Hazelhurst, Miss. A resident for 17 years, he was a retired Air Force tech sergeant, a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran, a member of Masons Lodge 26 and the Retired Air Force Association.
He is survived by his wife, Veronica; two sons, John C. Calhoun II and Joseph F. Calhoun, both of Henderson; and two brothers, Samuel Calhoun and George Calhoun, both of Chicago.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. today and one hour prior to a 3 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Desora Carter
Desora Carter, 91, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 31, 1912, in Moro, Ark. A resident for six years, she was a retired nurse, a member of the Mother's Board and Nurses Guild at Prince of Peace Baptist Church and the Usher's Board and Nurses Guild at Compton Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Veora Culberson of San Jose, Calif., and Senobia Martin of Henderson; one son, Ellis Norman of Las Vegas; 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in St. Louis. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Herman B. Celestine
Herman B. Celestine, 76, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 9, 1927, in New Orleans. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired accountant and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine; one son, Bruce Celestine, and one daughter, Karen Celestine-Foucher of Las Vegas, both of Las Vegas; three sisters, Gloria Skidmoore of Charlotte, N.C., Shirley Celestine of Las Vegas and JoAnn Berzat of Linwood, Calif.; two brothers, Vernell Celestine and Marquess Celestine of New Orleans; and one grandson.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Jones. Graveside services will be 1:20 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Vontrell D. Davis
Vontrell D. Davis, 21, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was born Aug. 3, 1982, in Las Vegas.
She is survived by one daughter, TaLiba Cotton, one son, Arzjon Davis, her mother, Gail M. Davis, her father, Robert Stewart, one brother, Ronnie McKinzey, and one sister, Brittney Blanche, all of Las Vegas; and her grandmother, Earstine Thompson of Chicago.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in American Burial and Cremation Services. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Louis Kanefsky
Louis Kanefsky, 74, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 15, 2003, in Los Angeles. A resident for 13 years, he was a bounty hunter and a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
He is survived by three daughters, Sondra Kaplan, Melinda Rose and Marsha Cohen; one brother, Herman Kanefsky; and six grandchildren.

Harold J. Knight
Harold J. Knight, 66, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 9, 1937, in Sterling, Colo. A resident for 36 years, he was a retired supervisor for an electrical and mechanical firm.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; two daughters, Verna Watkins of Moreno Valley, Calif., and Susan Sullivan of Modesto, Calif.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Theresa J. Kuprewicz, 76, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 28, 1927, in Maine. A resident for 16 years, she was a retired civil servant for the federal government, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars, St. Jude Charity Association, St. Theresa of the Roses Association and St. Anthony de Pardue Association.
She is survived by three sons, Richard, Shawn and Bryan; two daughters, Denise Morlend and Katherine Kuprewicz-Rivard; three sisters, Fernand Pilon, Rita Therrein and Lorraine M. Dubois; 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Irene M. Lemmo
Irene M. Lemmo, 77, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 8, 1926, in Massillon, Ohio. A resident for 13 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Lemmo of Las Vegas and Jonathan Lemmo of San Diego; one daughter, Lucretia Fuentes of Hartford, Conn.; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Mary Bahr O'Quinn
Mary Bahr O'Quinn, 68, of Las Vegas died Dec. 12 in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 27, 1935, in Wisconsin. A resident for 49 years, she was a homemaker, co-founder of the Vegas Valley Dog Obedience Club, Silver State Kennel Club and Black Mountain Kennel Club and was a licensed dog obedience judge.
She is survived by her husband, Harry; her mother, Gladys Bahr of Wisconsin; two daughters, Kelly O'Quinn of Las Vegas and Kathryn Peery of Tennessee; two brothers, John Bahr of Hawaii and LeRoy Bahr of Las Vegas; two sisters, Kathryn Tannert and Joanne Miller, both of Wisconsin; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. on Dec. 29 in the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Grace M. Orgain, 79, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born June 3, 1924, in San Francisco. A resident for 12 years, she was a retired owner-operator of diet centers.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Sterling W.; one son, Bart Orgain of Las Vegas; one brother, Percy Heine of California; three sisters, Viola Noakes and Frieda Hemphill, both of Wenatchee, Wash., and Sandra O'Rieley of Calgary, Alberta; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-6 p.m. Monday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Parkway. Entombment will follow in Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
John Andrew Shubin
John Andrew Shubin, 73, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 13, 1930, in California. A resident for 35 years, he was a construction worker, an Army veteran and a member of Alcoholics Anonymous.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda M.; one son, Robert; and one daughter, Regina.
Services are pending. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Jean Taddia
Jean Taddia, 86, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born March 9, 1917, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A resident for 22 years, she was a retired real estate broker.
She is survived by her husband, Joe; one daughter, Joanne Koawa of Irvine, Calif.; one sister, Sally Hawrish of Windsor, Ontario; one brother, Eugene Uhryniuk of Winnipeg; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Edward Villicano
Edward Villicano, 71, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 29, 1932, in Pittsburg, Calif. A resident for nine years, he was a retired truck driver, a Korean War Navy veteran, a member of the American Legion, Teamsters Union Local 952 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane; three sons, James David Villicano of Chicago, Steven Anthony Villicano of Orange County, Calif., and Joe Porcaro of Las Vegas; three daughters, Lorraine O'Day of Chicago and Kathleen Wheeler and Elaine DeJohn, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Carmen Castillo of Yorba Linda, Calif., and Theresa Mendoza of Antioch, Calif.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Joseph S. Viscuglia, 82, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 19, 1921, in Niagara Falls, N.Y. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired Boyd Gaming executive and World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Gertrude; one daughter, Mary Jo Viscuglia of Las Vegas; two sons, Felix Viscuglia of Atlantic City, N.J., and Joseph Viscuglia of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter, Carol Seybert of Las Vegas; three stepsons, Frank Paonessa and Tony Paonessa, both of Henderson and Thomas Paonessa of Las Vegas; 20 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Donald Devere Watson
Donald Devere Watson, 83, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A sales manager for an electronic cash register company, he was born Dec. 10, 1920, in Akron, Ohio.
He is survived by one son, Don P. Watson of Fremont, Calif.
Burial will be in Hayward, Calif. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
