ValCom buys Lear Studios

ValCom Inc., a company based in Valencia, Calif., today said it's buying Lear Studios in Las Vegas. Terms were not disclosed. Lear has a 160,000-square-foot building and 7.5 acres of land. ValCom said it would renovate the property for use as a state of the art production studio for film and television and as a broadcast center.
