New-car dealers turning to toys
The dealerships in the Valley Auto Mall in Henderson are collecting new, unwrapped toys to benefit the Salvation Army Christmas Angel program from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
The toys will be given to children in need throughout the valley.

The Daughters of the British Empire
will host a Christmas dance to benefit the home for retired men and women and Safenest 4 p.m. Sunday at the Gold Coast, 4000 W. Flamingo Road. Admission is $15. Call 731-2588.
