Richard Lee Bilbro
Richard Lee Bilbro, 57, of Las Vegas died Nov. 23 in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 4, 1946, in Old Hickory, Tenn. A resident for eight years, he was a retired Air Force chief master sergeant and a Vietnam War and Desert Storm veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sachiko; one daughter, Michelle Pahed of Pearl City, Hawaii; three brothers, Michael Bilbro of New Albany, Ind., Terry Bilbro of Louisville, Ky., and Keith Bilbro of Sellersburg, Ind.; one sister, Denise Beemer of New Albany; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 12:40 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., handled arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Lung Association, 3375 Glen Ave., No. 7, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Lawrence W. Chapin
Lawrence W. Chapin, 74, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 20, 1929, in Syracuse, N.Y. A resident for 17 years, he was a retired electrician.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; one daughter, Marilyn Weitzel of Las Vegas; one sister, Marguerite Phillipps of Syracuse, N.Y.; one brother, Butch Chapin of New York; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

Hazel E. Blake-Fichter
Hazel E. Blake-Fichter, 89, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born June 22, 1914, in Lindenhurst, N.Y. A resident for 13 years, she was a retired executive secretary in the aerospace industry.
She is survived by her husband, Jim F.; two daughters, Susan Schneider of Las Vegas and Carol Van Sickel of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Saturday in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Thomas Cooper
Thomas Cooper, 78, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born May 18, 1925, in Chicago.
He is survived by one son, Gary Cooper of Wailuku, Hawaii.
Burial will be in Hawaii. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Adele Epstein
Adele Epstein, 88, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 26, 1915, in Milwaukee. A resident for 44 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Joan Matin of Bryan, Texas; one son, Kenny Epstein of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.
Robert M. Gabriel
Robert M. Gabriel, 48, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born March 30, 1955, in Atlantic City, N.J. A resident for 20 years, he was a produce salesman.
He is survived by one daughter, Jaime Gabriel-Smith of Midway Park, N.C.; his mother, Midge Filling of Las Vegas; one brother, Henry "Butch" Gabriel III of Henderson; and two sisters, Sue Milner of Las Vegas and Donna Biggar of Fort Myers, Fla.

Norma J. Huber
Norma J. Huber, 75, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 1, 1928, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 15 years, she was a head cashier for a casino.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; three sons, Jeff Huber of Beaver Falls, Pa., Mark Huber of Raymond, Wash., and Brad Huber of Las Vegas; one daughter, Jill Bernhardy of Las Vegas; and 10 grandchildren.

Lorine N. Hunsaker
Lorine N. Hunsaker, 86, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 27, 1916, in Sutton, Neb. A resident for 58 years, she was a Clark County School District food service employee.
She is survived by one son, Richard L. Hunsaker of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled 1-5 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Alfred E. 'Alfie' Johnson
Alfred E. "Alfie" Johnson, 75, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born July 30, 1928, in Freeport, N.Y. A resident for 27 years, he was a steel construction company foreman and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Alfred R. Johnson of Richmond, Va., and William Dworzan of Kansas City, Kan.; two daughters, Deborah Johnson of New York and Dawn Dworzan of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were private. Burial was scheduled in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Flora Leo Jones
Flora Leo Jones, 85, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born May 19, 1918, in Texas. A resident for 10 days, she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by one son, Davin William Jones.
She is survived by one son, Donald Wade Jones of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter, Paula Watson of Las Vegas; one sister, Paula Anderson of Federal Way, Wash.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be in Texas. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Grace Kramrich
Grace Kramrich, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A housekeeper, she was born Feb. 14, 1935.
She is survived by her husband, Steve; three daughters, Brenda Miller, Sandy and Barbara Angeletti; and one sister, Virginia.

Darrell Jackson Lemons, 71, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 5, 1932, in West Virginia. A resident for 43 years, he owned a construction business.
He is survived by his wife, Marge; one daughter, Jackie Dunlap Pass; and two grandchildren.

Stephen 'Steve W6FRZ' Locks
Stephen "Steve W6FRZ" Locks, 57, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. He was born April 18, 1946, in New York City. A resident for seven years, he was a radiologic technologist, past president of the California Society of Radiologic Technologists of Long Beach and the Southern California DX Club.
He is survived by his wife, Franceen; two daughters, Aviva Ferenstein of Denver and Danielle Holmes of Long Beach, Calif.; his parents, Matthew and Florence Locks of Long Beach; three sisters, Nancy Locks and Wendy Locks, both of Long Beach, and Amy Locks of Santa Cruz, Calif.; and one brother, Clifford Locks of Santa Ana, Calif.

Harold Manning, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 3, 1928, in Paducah, Ky. A resident for 29 years, he was a retired automobile mechanic and a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Betty.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Robert E. Matson
Robert E. Matson, 85, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 12, 1918, in Milwaukee. A resident for four years, he was a retired builder.
He is survived by one daughter, Greta Lorworth Hofmeister; and one sister, Marge Wittenburger.

Earl Preston
Earl Preston, 88, of Las Vegas died Nov. 24 in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 12, 1915, in American Fork, Utah. A resident for 64 years, he retired as an engineer after 38 years with the Union Pacific Railroad, was the former owner of Frontier TV and Cable Co., a member of the original Helldorado Hillbilly Band, played for the Utah State Symphony while at Weber State and was a private airline pilot and licensed electronics technician.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy; two daughters, Brenda Preston and Pam Preston Wade, both of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in the LDS 1st Ward, Eighth Street and Franklin Avenue, followed by burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Alma L. Stice
Alma L. Stice, 99, of Boulder City died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 19, 1904, in Marengo, Ind. A resident for 65 years, she was a retired Boulder City elementary school teacher from 1956-1970.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan McIntyre of Boulder City and Linda Stice of Hayfork, Calif.; two sons, Donald Stice of Henderson and Riley Stice of Center Harbor, N.H.; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Sylvia Tetner
Sylvia Tetner, 79, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born Sept. 2, 1924, in Michigan.
She is survived by one daughter, Renne Glickman of Agoura Hills, Calif.

Michael Vallario, 88, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 18, 1915, in Mount Vernon, N.Y. A resident for eight years, he was a retired factory worker.
He is survived by his wife, Louise; one daughter, Sally Frazier of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.
