StumbleMalone drops out of bidding

Liberty's withdrawal leaves General Electric Co.'s NBC and a group of investors led by Edgar Bronfman Jr. as the only bidders for all the assets. Vivendi's board meets today in Paris to study offers for the division, which includes the Universal movie studios, people familiar with the matter who declined to be identified told Bloomberg News.
