Selby to head LV project
Friday, Aug. 22, 2003 | 11:14 a.m.
Las Vegas City Manager Doug Selby will serve as the new president of the City Parkway project, an effort to redevelop 61 acres of former railroad property downtown.
Selby replaces Lesa Coder, who resigned from the position in early August to help manage redevelopment efforts for Clark County.
Development of the 61 acres downtown is the centerpiece of Mayor Oscar Goodman's push to revitalize the city center.
