Highlights of FY02-03 revenue report on Nevada casinos

Wednesday's figures from the state Gaming Control Board, listing the win for fiscal 2002-2003 and for the month of June 2003:

-STATEWIDE: $9.56 billion win in fiscal 2002-2003, up 2.8 percent. In June, clubs won $809.2 million, up 13.3 percent.

-LAS VEGAS STRIP: $4.73 billion fiscal-year win, up 4.4 percent. The June win was $404.2 million, up 19.2 percent.

-DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS: $660.3 million fiscal-year win, down 1.2 percent. The June win for the downtown clubs was $52.6 million, up 4.5 percent.

-NORTH LAS VEGAS: $217.8 million fiscal-year win, up 5.8 percent. The June win was $21.1 million, up 38.3 percent.

-LAUGHLIN: $550.1 million fiscal-year win, up 1 percent. In June, the casinos took in $42.4 million, down 0.6 percent.

-BOULDER STRIP: $680.1 million, up 7.4 percent. The June win was $61.4 million, up 26.3 percent.

-MESQUITE: $109.6 million, up 2.9 percent. The June win was $8.3 million, up 3 percent.

-RENO: $757.6 million fiscal-year win, down 1.4 percent. The June win was $63.6 million, down 0.1 percent.

-SPARKS: $158.9 million fiscal-year win, down 2.7 percent. The June win was $12.2 million, down 8.7 percent.

-NORTH TAHOE: $36.4 million fiscal-year win, down 11.3 percent. The June win was $3.2 million, up 0.8 percent.

-STATELINE: $333.3 million fiscal-year win, down 0.2 percent. In June, the win was $27.6 million, down 3.7 percent.

- ELKO COUNTY: $224.9 million fiscal-year win, down 0.9 percent. In June, the clubs took in $20.4 million for a 4.8 percent increase.

- CARSON-GARDNERVILLE-MINDEN: $99.9 million fiscal-year win, up 3.5 percent. In June, the win was $9.1 million, up 12.3 percent.

- CHURCHILL: $17.2 million fiscal-year win, up 4.8 percent. In June, the win was $1.5 million, up 12.3 percent.

- HUMBOLDT: $16.9 million fiscal-year win, down 1.5 percent. In June, the win was $1.5 million, up 3.9 percent.

- WHITE PINE: $5.5 million fiscal-year win, up 2.2 percent. In June, the win was $475,000, up 12.8 percent.
