Richard Banks, 82, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born April 7, 1921, in Arkansas. A resident for 50 years, he was a casino porter.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine; three sons, Richard Banks Jr. of California and Bobby Banks and Paul Banks, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Barbara J. Comer of Illinois and Barbara A. Banks of California; two brothers, Willie Williams of Arkansas and Johnny Banks of Illinois; 25 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

Winston E. Bell, 69, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born May 11, 1933, in Texas. A resident for 54 years, he was a retired legal counselor, a Korean War Navy veteran, a member of the Elks and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Antoinette; one daughter, Wendy Bell of Oregon; and one son, Scott Bell of Texas.

She is survived by her husband, Wilbur L.; one daughter, Julia Jackson of Okemos, Mich.; and three grandchildren.
