AIDS walk

Penn & Teller will be grand marshals of the AFAN AIDS Walk at 8 a.m. Saturday in the Bellagio parking lot. Admission is free. A commemorative T-shirt will be sold for $35. 382-2326.

Culture, food

In recognition of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District will host the "Asian Pacific Culture & Food Fair" from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Sahara West Library, 9600 W. Sahara Ave. Admission is free. 734-7323.

Spring festival

Grace in the Desert Episcopal Church will host a spring festival and barbecue from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Trail Park on Spring Gate Lane between Town Center Drive and Hill Center Drive. Admission is $8. 838-7444.

Wine tasting

UNLV's William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration will host the 29th annual UNLVino wine tasting festival beginning at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Paris Hotel. Admission is $35. Proceeds benefit the college. 876-4500 or 895-3161.

Author, playwright and screenwriter Richard Krevolin will present a free screenwriter's workshop at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road. Krevolin, a Yale University graduate, is the author of "Screenwriting From the Soul" and "Pilot Your Life." 734-7323.

Tap dance

The Happy Hoofers of VFW Post 1753 present a "Tap Dance Tribute" to Mary Lou Ricci, who started Senior Tap Dancing in Las Vegas at noon Monday at the Gold Coast Hotel. Admission is free.

Lecture

The International Library of Photography is sponsoring the International Open Amateur Photography Contest.
