StumblePipeline interest to be sold

TULSA, Okla. -- Williams Cos. has agreed to sell its majority interest in an oil pipeline partnership for $1.1 billion as it moves away from the oil sector, the company said today.
The Tulsa-based energy company plans to sell its 54.6 percent ownership interest in Williams Energy Partners.
