Gaming chairman reappointed

CARSON CITY -- Peter C. Bernhard, a Las Vegas attorney, has been reappointed by Gov. Kenny Guinn as chairman of the five-member state Gaming Commission that oversees the casino industry.
Bernhard, 51, was initially named to the commission in October 2001 to complete the term of Brian Sandoval, who resigned to run for attorney general.
