A 38-year-old man wanted for allegedly tying up and raping a woman in Henderson has been arrested in Arizona on warrants for six counts of sexual assault, Henderson Police said this morning.
Henderson Police had been searching for Daniel Myrick since last week. He was arrested Tuesday in Prescott, Ariz., by the Prescott Police Department and is awaiting extradition to Nevada.
Myrick raped the woman March 25-27 at Myrick's home in the 100 block of Metropolitan Drive, Henderson Police said. He also is accused of using a weapon in the crime and is accused of battery with intent to commit a crime.
Myrick had dated the victim, a woman in her 20s, for seven or eight months but she had broken off the relationship prior to the assault, police said.
