WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- Homestore Inc.'s former Chief Financial Officer Joseph Shew and two colleagues will plead guilty to criminal charges of inflating revenue at the biggest online home-listings company, Shew's lawyer said.
The three have agreed to cooperate with a federal inquiry into advertising transactions at AOL Time Warner Inc., one of Homestore's business partners, the New York Times reported.
