Esther Cohen
Esther Cohen, 51, of North Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local health care center. She was born March 19, 1951, in the Bronx, N.Y. A resident for three years, she was a retired secretary for a state utility company.
She is survived by her husband, Sheldon; and one brother, Steven Fintz of Simi Valley, Calif.
Graveside services were scheduled at 1 p.m. today in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.
The family suggests donations to the American Lung Association, 3375 Glen Ave., No. 7, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Delores R. Dudley
Delores R. Dudley, 74, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born March 13, 1928, in Cleveland. A resident for 12 years, she was a retired telephone company manager.
She is survived by her best friend, Anamarie Acosta of Las Vegas.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Virginia H. Harsch
Virginia H. Harsch, 89, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 9, 1913, in Zanesville, Ohio. A resident for nine years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Sue Schmutz of Las Vegas and Mary Lou Young and Marjorie Bucci, both of Zanesville; four brothers, Wayne Freiermuth, Robert Freiermuth, Paul Freiermuth and Don Freiermuth, all of Zanesville; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Joshua Kalua-Summers
Joshua Kalua-Summers, 19, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 4, 1983, in California. A resident for two years, he was a student, a member of the Eagles and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1753.
He is survived by his parents, Carlos and LaTanya Kuykendall.
Visitation is scheduled 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be a celebration of life Hawaiian style.
Leroy McFadden
Leroy McFadden, 86, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 21, 1916, in Cadiz, Ohio. A resident for 35 years, he was a developer and a member of the Masonic Freeport Lodge 415 since 1949.
He is survived by one daughter, Joyce Tirella of Las Vegas; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 6-7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
Talik Quincy Mosley
Talik Quincy Mosley, 3 months, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born June 18, 2002, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his father, Quincy Mosley of Las Vegas; his mother, Robin Mosley, and one sister, Tiara Mosley, both of North Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Gwendolyn Mosley of Las Vegas and Frances and Robert Turner of North Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled noon-3 p.m. Sunday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Friendship Church of God in Christ, 2249 W. Washington Ave. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Laurence D. Mudgett
Laurence D. Mudgett, 67, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born April 2, 1935, in St. Paul, Minn. A resident for 17 years, he was a retired driver and a Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Maria; one son, Andrew Mudgett, and one daughter, Ellen Wenzinger, both of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until a 1 p.m. service Saturday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
Harry O'Neal
Harry O'Neal, 54, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born July 6, 1948, in San Mateo, Calif. A resident for 14 years, he was a district manager for an insurance company.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; two sons, Brennon O'Neal and Devin O'Neal, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Bob O'Neal of Oregon; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until a 4 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Bee Jay Peters
Bee Jay Peters, 72, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 11, 1930, in Springfield, Ky. A resident for one year, she was a waitress.
She is survived by her husband, Preston; three sons, Randy Peters of Torrance, Calif., Brian Peters of Corona, Calif., and Darron Peters of Henderson; two stepsons, Vernon Peters of Abilene, Texas, and Richard Peters of Marina Del Rey, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Cheryl Jones of Corona, Calif., and Linda Hicks of Las Vegas; three sisters, Dee Brown of El Paso, Texas, June Lafferty of Greenwood, Ind., and Jewell Wells of Chicago; one brother, Bobby Mann of Decatur, Ill.; and 14 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. Saturday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St.
Carl Michael Schlegel
Carl Michael Schlegel, 53, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 10, 1949, in New York. A resident for three years, he was a conductor for the Long Island Railroad.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; two sons, Christopher Brooks and Kevin Schlegel; one daughter, Kerri Brooks; one brother, Paul Schlegel; and two sisters, Elizabeth Schlegel and Mary Clarke.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Abraham Weissbaum
Abraham Weissbaum, 90, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. He was born Dec. 25, 1911, in Russia. A resident for three years, he was a retired tailor, a member of the Workman's Circle and Jewish American Fund.
He is survived by one son, Jack Weissbaum of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.

Jaedin Williams
Jaedin Williams, 11 weeks, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born June 20, 2002, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his parents,, Shomari and Shawonna Williams, and two brothers, Elijah Williams and Rashad Williams, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Audrey McNair of Las Vegas and James Williams of Fontana, Calif.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Sunday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Sandra Lee Whitt
Sandra Lee Whitt, 61, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 24, 1941, in Oil City, Pa. A resident for 30 years, she worked for Guaranteed Tours, worked in nursing for 17 years, was a Flamingo Hilton bookkeeper for 11 years, a real estate agent at Liberty Realty for five years and a human resources manager for Ray & Ross Transport.
She is survived by two sons, Stephen Bunting of Las Vegas and Raymond Bunting of Pahrump; two daughters, Kimberly Raizin and Bobbie Bunting, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Warren Partridge of Dundee, N.Y., and James Partridge of Las Vegas; one sister, Bernice Meins of Indiana; and two grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, followed by burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
