UNLV to host Nike championship clinic

The UNLV men's basketball program will host the Nike Championship Basketball Clinic on Oct. 18-19 at the Thomas & Mack Center.

The clinic, which is being held in conjunction with Rebel practices, will be run by coach Charlie Spoonhour. The clinic will also include NBA analyst Hubie Brown as a featured speaker.

Pre-registration, which also includes a ticket to the Lakers/Suns NBA exhibition game on Oct. 19 at the Thomas & Mack Center, is $100 (Lakers/Suns tickets are only available to the first 300 pre-registered). Pre-registration for the clinic only is $75 and registration at the door is $100 or $125 if Lakers/Suns tickets are still available.
