Because of an error in information provided to the Sun, a story in Wednesday's Metro section incorrectly stated the process for passing an ordinance regulating shopping carts which is in front of the North Las Vegas City Council. The ordinance was introduced Wednesday night without comment and is expected to be voted on by the city council Oct. 2. The Sun regrets the error.
