StumbleStudents given $1,500 scholarships

Southwest Gas Corp. and the Lamb Foundation awarded $1,500 scholarships for the 2002-2003 academic year to Las Vegas residents Lauren Fisk, Anastasia Henry and Christie McMurtrie.
The announcement was made by Michael O. Maffie, Southwest Gas president and chief executive officer, and William M. Laub, Laub Foundation trustee and former Southwest Gas CEO.
The three Las Vegas graduates were among five from the company's three-state service area to be awarded the scholarship this year.
